Customer Success Executive

We're seeking a creative, competent, customer-facing generalist who can take initiative to provide ongoing services for our growing list of major brand clients, from KitchenAid to Andrew Lloyd Webber to Lansinoh.

You'll primarily work closely with our Accounts Lead to understand client objectives, plan and execute to meet those objectives using our platform, and deliver reports telling cohesive success stories. You'll additionally work with the Product team to develop new ways to use our products based on feedback from clients. Lastly, you'll work with the sales team to improve our new-customer handoff process and to optimize the entire client lifecycle, from sales enablement to contract renewal.

This role wears many hats, and you’ll be exposed to the bulk of the business, so this is a great opportunity to have a outsize impact at a leading company in the burgeoning Advocacy Marketing space. This is an individual contributor role reporting to our Accounts Lead, though we'd look for you to grow into a leadership role as Crowdly's account team grows.

    • You handled accounts that renewed.
    • Even better if they paid more for more work and/or referred new clients.
    • Including as a freelancer.

    • Strong grasp of written English.
    • Designing effective, aesthetic collateral, for mediums including print, social, and web.
    • We're less attached to the tools, more attached to the capabilities.

    • Thinking strategically about the life-cycle of client contracts.
    • Tightly organizing convoluted customer timelines.
    • Working with our team and clients' teams on complex, multi-step campaigns.
